Faux Leadership: The Road to Losing our Freedom

If E.T. is hanging out in the galaxy “ghosting” us human types of living organisms, he has to be scratching his head and butt. Can you imagine? We can read and we can write. We have extensive recorded history. We have pretty well developed math skills. Not as good as ET’s clearly, but we ain’t bad. Okay, we haven’t figured out how to measure the speed of light, but then it may not have a fixed speed. But we’re working on it.

But the reason that E.T. must be flummoxed, is because we just do not learn. Hell, we celebrate ignorance. We figure if we do ignorant right it will work the next time. I mean look at Vlad. I can kind of understand that he kind of has to think that as a Russian head of state he has a lot to live up to. I mean he ain’t Stalin and he ain’t Peter the Great, so he’s kind of relegated to trying to come in as a meaner version of Ivan the Terrible. Yo Vlad, it didn’t work for any of those guys. Really it didn’t, and it ain’t working for you either. Know why? Cause it’s dumb. You can not force people to believe a certain way that you think is correct.

But it ain’t like Vladdy doesn’t have company. Our own good buddy “Trucker” Carlson is currently caught in his own dumb praise of Russian Dumbness. Trucker is the Tzar of Foxdom and because of that honorific, he, like Vlad, has free reign to be as dumb as he wants to be and insist that the whole world ignore that the Tzar has no sensible clothing. Who said we owed anything to Ukraine, Trucker? No one? Well maybe those kids who are being killed by Vlad’s bombs and hypersonic missiles might beg to differ with your assessment. What a good idea for Vlad to destroy the Ukrainian investment in its future along with the children that are to benefit from that infrastructure. Just saying, Trucker.

Gotta say I liked Marge better when she had blue hair. She was understandably air-headed in that incarnation. As a representative in the US congress she’s reprehensible. I can’t see how anyone in Springfield could worry about a woman with blue hair. Marge is still just as much of an air-head in Washington, but I don’t think the good folks of Georgia elected her to represent Vladdy Putin. I have to wonder if Marge has considered how she’d get elected in the first place if the whole of the democratic government she’s supposed to be part of functioned the way she appears to advocate? I have to remind myself to consider who’s talking when I hear her on the news. Even so, I can no longer think of her as a bad SNL skit, although as a cartoon character she almost makes sense.

I can’t find a way that Kevin, The McCarthy Clown, makes sense. Oh, I understand that he wants to be third in the succession to president and all, but the nice man just can not bring himself to say a harsh word. Well, not to the likes of Marge or the Gosar fellow. Even Gosar’s brothers and sisters know he’s dumb. But not Kevin. Kevin knows that good old Paul will follow orders, kind of, and that good old Paul has a short fuse. Kevin isn’t going to light that fuse off, that’s for sure, so rather than play with matches, Kevin, being a good kid and all, just lies about the likes of Marge and good old Paul. It isn’t like Kevin has any choices. Control of the house resides with the crackpot corps.

None of these folks are leaders. They´re all followers of the Pied Piper of Mar Largo. We as a public have assigned greatness to some of these folks. We all thought Lindsey Graham was a decent enough fellow while John McCain was still alive, but after John passed, Lindsey became an apostle of the XLV. Maybe in his grief Lindsey just needed to find someone to lead him out of his misery. But we all saw that moment of clarity on January 6th when Lindsey stated clearly that Daren the XLV had just gone too far. Even so, as soon as it became apparent to the senior senator from South Carolina that some crack pots at the airport couldn’t find their way without The XLV, the court jester remembered the tune he was supposed to sing. That is not leadership. Hells bells, there are sheep dogs with more common sense than that.

The only thing I can figure is that all of these folks somehow lost their way. I’m not sure how such a thing could happen, but the GPS on their smartphones needs to be recalibrated. I suspect that maybe they started going to those big tent meetings that Brother Love the XLV was having. So they packed up the babies and grabbed the old ladies by the pussies and hauled everyone off to Brother Love the XLV’s traveling salvation show. Fortunately, Mr. Diamond chronicled all of it in song. I mean who doesn’t like to go to the big top and watch the daring old dude on the flying trapeze?

Up to this point I can understand. I mean the great white way doesn’t play in Pratt, Kansas. You can only put so many people in the Red Shed, you know? So when a meaningful performance takes place, you pretty much are going to need a tent. Since there ain’t all that much taking place in Pratt, you wanna go just to be able to say you didn’t miss anything.

All of that is understandable. What I have trouble with is the folks who get religion when the big top comes to town. Anyone with any common sense at all knows that it’s all just a show. There ain’t nothing real about it. You just know that there were a whole lot of ladies down at bake sales at Methodist and Baptist churches just twittering all red faced when The XLV was caught on an open mic talking about grabbing women by the pussy. He had gained a degree of popularity after all and he appeared to have lots of money. But none of that made him smart.

When Marge bitches about not getting paid for her work in congress and how she ain’t going to pay for any refugees from Ukraine, she’s not too smart either. When Kevin says from one side of his mouth that he has talked with that young lady, all stern like, and while he’s telling that lie she’s talking with Alex Jones about how she understands “the global reset.” How can anyone who aspires to be third in succession to the presidency of the United States turn a blind eye to people who are promoting a conspiracy that says that the entire COVID pandemic was nothing more or less than an invention to be spread, resulting in mass poverty so the elites can take over? Who is so stupid to believe such faldera?

I guess the most disturbing part is that the media covers such idiocy. That is not presenting two sides to an issue. That’s being gullible. There is nothing that Kevin, or Marge, or The XLV or Matt or Loren and especially not Trucker have to say that is of consequence. Do you think that if any of those folks were in a country which was being invaded by a naked aggressor they’d be able to cash in their tv personalities for actual leadership? The president of Ukraine certainly has. This bunch has supported Vladdy not Volo. Why do you think that is? I think it’s because President Zelensky puts them to shame…Zelensky knows the cost of losing freedom.
